Gluten-Grain Free Banana Carré



Ingredients : 
  • 3 small ripe bananas
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil or butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. grated fresh ginger
  • 1 Tbs. raw honey
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • Handful of chocolate chips or walnuts! 

1-2-3 Step!

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x9 glass baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Blend together everything and pour into baking dish. 
  3. Bake for about 30-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
