Ingredients :
- 3 small ripe bananas
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 cup coconut oil or butter
- 1 1/2 Tbs. grated fresh ginger
- 1 Tbs. raw honey
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- Handful of chocolate chips or walnuts!

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x9 glass baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Blend together everything and pour into baking dish.
- Bake for about 30-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
