Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 5 eggs
- 1/3 maple syrup
- 1 cup of cooked pumpkin
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 butter
1-2-3 Steps:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Put into muffin tins
- Bake at 325 F for 20-25 minutes.

I will be trying this out! Just the other day I was craving a pumpkin muffin. It might also be nice to add some millet and pumpkin seeds.

ReplyDeleteje suis Monyc. On s'est rencontré le week-end dernier à l'Halloween. Je n'ai pas eu le temps encore de mettre à l'essai notre premier 24h sans gluten pour Elodie.....mais ça viendra et je t'en redonnerai des nouvelles.Je vais essayer cette recette de muffins à la citrouille et je t'en redonnerai des nouvelles. Ils ont l'air délicieux et je pourrai en congéler pour qu'ils nous durent plus longtemps. J'ai déjà très hâte de découvrir plus en profondeur ton site.....à bientôt!
